This Quest start at VOTD at Elle NPC (124, 161)

She ask you to harv some flowers, iron... but some at certain hour of day. When you find the correct harvest there will up a windows. When youll harv all there will up other windows.

When you will harv last flower, iron... you will get the xp, You must not speak with NPC to get the xp.
